Godet White Chocolate Tiramisu


Thanks to Karen Goguen for sharing this. This recipe is from the Eleven Restaurant in San Francisco. Serves 4.

Ingredients

Directions
  1. In a baking dish soak ladyfingers in espresso.
  2. In a large bowl combine cheese with egg yolks and egg whites.
  3. Mix in sugar, liqueur and honey.
  4. Line bottom of an 8-inch square pan with 8 ladyfingers.
  5. Spread half of the cheese mixture over ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat layers ending with ladyfingers.
  7. Sift cocoa powder evenly over top.
  8. Refrigerate for two hours.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
