This recipe apparently accompanied small bottles of Godiva Liqueur. We found it on a Rutgers University dessert recipes page. You will need souffle dishes. It was submitted to that site by a "David G." Makes 4 to 5 servings.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix 3 ounces of Godiva Liqueur with coffee, and set aside.
  2. For each serving, trim 4 ladyfingers to fit along the sides and bottom of a 1-cup souffle dish.
  3. Pour 1 ounce of the reserved coffee into each souffle dish and set aside.
  4. Beat together the mascarpone cheese, egg yolks, sugar and remaining 2 ounces of Godiva Liqueur until smooth
  5. Whip the egg whites until stiff, and fold into the cheese.
  6. Divide the filling evenly among the souffle dishes.
  7. Sprinkle with chocolate and refrigerate overnight.
