Carol writes: “I tried your Tiramisu recipe from Carlucci’s Restaurant. It was wonderful. However, finding mascarpone in Idaho can sometimes be a challenge, so I did a variation on that recipe. I thought it was just as good, and I am much more likely to have these ingredients on hand. I sold one of these at an auction, and it brought $60, not bad for a first-time entry!”

  • SOUR CREAM, 3 Tbsp.
  • HALF & HALF, 2 Tbsp.
