"Healthy" Recipes

The following recipes attempt to cut back on the fat and cholesterol content of Tiramisu. Tolerance and enjoyment of low- or non-fat desserts depends on the individual. We haven't tried these but they're presented here for those of you concerned about such things.

For all of these recipes, you'll need 2 to 4 mixing bowls, plus a food whip or electric mixer or food processor, and a glass baking or serving dish (recommended sizes vary from 3-quart to 6-quart).
